Guido Elias R. Contino aka Glucksmann (رسام) is a Canadian oil painter and wev developer. Why has he written three books then ? Here's why. He started writing three years ago out of the desire to record a long string of events, considerations and memories he had brought in himself for a long time . So started his first literary work, an autobiographical novel called "La gare de temps. A lifetime's story". Subsequently we wrote other two works, "Wasteland. Scorched Earth", a 51 pages long survival guide for the homeless; and "Enigma, or on the Unveiling" , written only in Italian and never been translated by the author, which is a collection of short essays on different topics. Albeit this last one cannot be properly defined as a "theoretical work", as the author admits to lack both a sufficient cultural background and a solid research activity behind himself (he is a painter firstly), yet - after years of reflection on several important arguments, he deemed it fit to write a general non-fiction litarary work anyway in the hope that his readers would at least appreciate the effort to cover a wide spectrum of topics with an unbiased and dispassionate eye. Wait and see. Being a web developer himself (his second official profession) he decided in 2023 that it was only normal to create a website to show and sell his own writings in order to feel more free from the tight psycological constraints of the traditional publishing industry. In the end, he considered, what matters the most is to give to this books an official outlet, in the hope that someone might eventually find them useful, interesting, and fun to read.
